With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Shane Hinton has been a licensed Realtor® since 2005 and a licensed Broker since 2012. She brings deep market knowledge with specialized expertise in first-time homebuyers, veteran buyers, affordable housing programs, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities.

In addition to brokerage ownership, she currently serves as a Regional Manager overseeing operations for developments managed in partnership with Franklin Group and Marlyn Development. She manages seven properties totaling more than 1,000 residential units, providing extensive experience in residential sales and large-scale property management. With over 30 years in property management, she offers a seasoned perspective that benefits homeowners, investors, and tenants alike.
